A licensed contractor with 28 years of construction experience primarily in commercial construction. Throughout his career David has worked on, supervised and managed many various projects of all building types and classifications including banks, office buildings, retail stores, hotels, schools, military bases and Industrial buildings. His experience includes working as an owner's representative and as an expert witness for construction defect litigation.
