C&B Development, Inc. views jobsite safety as its leading priority. Accordingly, we have taken several steps to pursue an aggressive, proactive approach to jobsite safety. An integral component to our safety program is the SMART safety group who as part of our team, provide regular audits of our jobsites and superintendents, holding everyone involved accountable for the safety of the jobsite.
Every C&B Development, Inc. site superintendent is trained in CPR, First Aid and is required to take an OSHA 10 hour safety course. All subcontractors who work on our projects are required to provide written safety programs, and perform regular weekly onsite safety meetings with their employees.
Safety Management
Smart Safety develops and manages safety programs for construction companies. They reduce losses, lower insurance costs and instill a safety culture by identifying leading risk indicators and proactively training employees.
